Return – June 18, 2025:

• Bangkok to Sharjah: 6:25 PM – 9:50 PM (Duration: 5h 25m)
• Sharjah to Islamabad: 10:50 PM – 2:50 AM (Next Day) (Duration: 4h)

• Training takes place at Tiger Muay Thai Gym in Phuket.
• Beginner-level classes run daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
• Gloves, hand wraps, and trainer guidance are included; however, shin guards are not provided.
• Female participants may choose yoga or fitness classes as an alternative.
